Powering on your Hub
Your Hub is mains powered via a cable that plugs into the bottom of the device. Check that this cable is securely plugged into the Hub. If the cable is powered and secured, but the Hub still is not turning on, there may be an issue with the cable.
Connecting your Hub to the internet
The Passiv Hub connects to the router via an ethernet cable, which is provided with the Hub. If your Hub was already installed in the home when you moved in, the ethernet cable may have been left plugged into the bottom of the Hub. Connecting the Hub to the internet requires access between the Hub and your home router. This can be done using hardware such as ethernet extension plugs if required.
Help verifying your Hub
During onboarding, you need to verify that you are actually with the Hub you are connecting to your account. This is to stop anyone controlling someone else's heating! This is done through pressing the button on the front of the Hub when prompted. If you don't know where your hub is, see Where can I find my Hub?. After pressing the button on your Hub, the onboarding process should continue. If it does not work, give it a few minutes, then try again. Alternatively, check the other entries on this page to make sure that the Hub hasn't lost power or internet connection.
