Your Hub ID is a unique identifier for your Passiv Smart Thermostat system. If you ever have any problems, our support team can use your Hub ID to find your system details and diagnose any issues. This page shows you how to find your Hub ID on the Programmer or the app.
On the Programmer
- When you approach the Programmer, the screen will be off. Press any button to open to the home page, which will look something like this:
- Press the centre button to open the main menu. Then use the down arrow to navigate down to Settings:
- Press the centre button to open Settings, then press the centre button again to open About:
- In About, you can view your Programmer, Thermostat and Hub software version. Your Hub ID is the 5-digit number at the bottom of the screen.
In the app
- Once you open the Passiv app, select the 'Settings' tab on the far right of the bottom of the screen:
- Select 'Account' at the top of the settings. This will allow you to view and edit a number of elements of your Passiv account and Passiv Smart Thermostat system.
- From here select 'Hub'. Your Hub ID is the 5-digit number at the top of the screen.
