The Passiv app uses your heat pump size to determine how much energy your heat pump is using and, alongside your tariff information, how much money you are spending on heating your home and hot water. If this value is set wrong, then your Analysis graphs may be reading too high or too low.
To change your heat pump size, head to 'Settings' in the Passiv app. Then select 'Heat pump size'. Selecting the text box will allow you to input a new heat pump size in kW up to 1 decimal place.
Your installer will have set your heat pump size when installing the Passiv Smart Thermostat. To check your heat pump size, look for a product sticker on the outdoor heat pump unit.
