The Passiv Programmer will display 'Hub not found' when it is unable to communicate with the Passiv Hub.
The most likely cause is that power to the Passiv Hub has been interrupted. In order to fix this you'll first need to find your Passiv Hub which is likely located either near your internet router, in an airing cupboard or near your Passiv Programmer. Once you've found your Passiv Hub, check that the indicator lights on the front of the device are on. If not, check that the power cable on the underside of the device is plugged in and connected to a 3-pin socket. If the device still doesn’t power on, the device or installation may be faulty. Contact your installer to arrange next steps.
If your Hub is working and the indicator lights are on, but the Programmer is still showing the ‘Hub not found’ error, then it may be an issue with the wiring between the Programmer and the Hub. In some cases, this can be resolved by restarting the Passiv Hub. The Hub is powered by a 3-pin plug, connected from a standard socket the underside of the device. Turn off the socket or unplug the device, and leave it unpowered for 1 minute. Then restore power to the device. Wait a few minutes for the Hub to reconnect with the Programmer, and check to see if the problem persists. If you are still experiencing the issue then this may be due to a wiring fault. In this case we recommend contacting your installer to investigate further.
